Evanston-based Now We’re Cookin’ is a space that celebrates the culinary arts by providing rentable commercial kitchen space alongside a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen and event studio. It also hosts cooking classes and during the month of August, owner Nell Funk is encouraging us to bring a friend and take a class by offering a Two for One Special during the entire month.
Ever wondered if you could can your own fruits and vegetables? Or want to try to make Thai food or one of Julia Child’s famous ratatouille? All of these classes are on the schedule this month. Please note that advance registration is required and you need to enter the code NWC241 when you register two people for one class.
